Amsterdam 4 Holiday Guestrooms

Adults-only 17th-century guesthouse overlooking Amsterdam's Flower Market

Accommodations

Amsterdam 4 Holiday Guestrooms are housed in a 17th-century Dutch monumental building with steep, narrow stairs - a characteristic of Amsterdam's historic canal houses. Each room includes a dining area, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a modern bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries from The Body Shop. Deluxe Rooms add a compact kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and espresso machine, plus a weighted quilt for extra comfort.

Dining & Breakfast

The guesthouse offers a complimentary breakfast featuring a variety of locally sourced ingredients, such as fresh bread, cheeses, and seasonal fruits. Guests can prepare their own breakfast in the Deluxe Room kitchenettes or enjoy the provided tea and coffee throughout the day. The host also leaves complimentary chocolates and treats in each room upon arrival.

Location

Amsterdam4Holiday Guest House is situated directly on the Flower Market, with the Kalverstraat shopping street just 200 ft away. Major attractions such as Dam Square, the Rijksmuseum, and Anne Frank House are within a 10- to 15-minute walk. The Muntplein tram stop, 300 ft from the property, provides direct connections to Amsterdam Central Station and Museumplein.

Guest Services

The host, Ernesto, meets guests at the door and carries luggage up the steep stairs - a service appreciated by nearly all visitors. Express check-in/check-out and luggage storage are available, and the host offers local tips and restaurant recommendations. Ear plugs are provided in each room because a nearby bar generates noise until the early morning hours.

Property Features

This adults-only guesthouse is non-smoking throughout and includes air conditioning and heating in all rooms. A scenic outdoor terrace is available for guest relaxation, though the building has no elevator and only stair access. The property is secured with key access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers, and offers private check-in for added privacy.
